Born in Northern Virginia and shaped by five formative years living abroad in Africa, Sam brings a unique global perspective and deep local insight to his work in real estate. After earning his Psychology degree from George Mason University in 2024, he followed his passion for people and connection straight into real estate—where he thrives on building relationships, learning quickly, and helping others feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the home buying or selling process.
Before stepping into real estate, Sam worked as a marketing assistant for Capstone Properties and honed his people skills as a restaurant server, where he learned the value of adaptability, clear communication, and service with heart.
