Having a background in finance, insurance and real estate during her professional career, Kristen understands what it takes to serve her team members and clients in a way that goes above and beyond the traditional level of customer service people expect. Her expertise in being overly communicative and organized gives confidence to everyone involved within TVRG Homes which enables our agents to give the absolute best when serving clients and working with partners.

As Director of Operations, Kristen knows the entire organization inside and out and has been instrumental in building systems for the team. Her dedication and devotion to serve others is why the team has had the success it has had and will continue to have.
