Andre Gutierrez is the TVRG Homes Mentor Program Director and consistently one of the team’s top salespeople. As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Andre is in a unique position to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients when competing interests are at play. Andre is also a former President and Vice President of the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. As the Program Manager for the Center for Foreclosure Alternatives, he regularly helps people avoid foreclosure, along with being a certified investor specialist. Primarily working by referral, Andre is fluent in Spanish and is a VDHA state-certified instructor, regularly teaching first-time homebuyer classes sponsored by the Virginia Housing Development Authority. He is extremely passionate about giving back to the community, and education.
